Minimum Service Fee Policy
At Northof60° Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure appointments are honored, time is respected, and fairness is maintained, we have established the following Minimum Service Fee Policy:
💵 Minimum Fee Requirement
All mobile notary services are by appointment only
A $75 minimum service fee is required to secure all appointments.
📅 Payment & Booking Process
After you agree to the policies and fee structure via our Contact Form you will receive a booking link via your preferred contact method
(text or email).
Appointments are not confirmed until the $75 payment is received.
The $75 fee is applied per appointment and must be paid in full before a time slot is reserved.
❗️ Non-Refundable Circumstances
The $75 minimum service fee is non-refundable under the following conditions:
•No-shows or arrival delays beyond the grace period
(see below)
•Circumstances outlined within the notorial limitations policy •Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice
📌 Grace Period & Wait Fees
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
After 10 minutes, a $1.00 per minute wait fee will be applied.
If the client remains responsive and communicative, we will wait up to 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes with no completion, the appointment is considered a no-show, released, and the minimum service fee is non-refundable.
🔁 Rescheduling & Partial Refunds
Clients who provide at least 3 hours notice before their appointment may:
•Reschedule at no additional fee, or
•Receive a refund minus any transaction processing or handling fees incurred by us
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on circumstances and communication history.
🚗 Travel Beyond 20 Miles Round Trip
The $75 minimum fee includes up to 20 miles round trip from our home base in Houston, Alaska
Additional travel is billed at $2.00 per mile (round trip).
You will be informed of any mileage fees and other applicable fees before finalizing your appointment.

•After-hours appointments
•Holidays
•Jail or hospital visits
•Remote or off-road locations
•Additional notarial acts

•Select a preferred contact method

to receive their booking link
•Understand that appointments are not held until payment is made

Square (online or in person)
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Digital receipts provided
Cash accepted only for additional fees at time of appointment
(not for securing bookings)
